Explore the renaissance of Downtown Napa and Oxbow Preserve at your own pace - where salt and fresh water meet. Basic rentals, including walk-ins, are available through November 1st on weekends, but we highly recommend making a rezy. Enjoy convenient access to restaurants and shops above the dock upon your return.
KENNEDY PARK
Ride the river with wind at your back!
You will ride the river into town, with the tide guiding you along the restored wetlands. This one-way trip will take you through the renaissance of Downtown Napa, Oxbow District, and the forested northern reach.
To help you navigate, we offer a complimentary audio guide that includes interesting snippets about the history, culture, and ecology of the Napa River and the entire Napa Valley. This will give you a sense of the rich diversity that makes this place so unique.
One-way trip, 6 miles with time to stop on Main Street Dock for lunch or picnic in Oxbow Commons. The service is available every other week during the afternoon incoming tide or by appointment for groups.

Tandem (Double) Kayaks
Ride in comfort with 2 adults +1 child or dog on a premium sit-atop kayak from Crescent. Framed, elevated seats provide extra back support and keep you dry. Trademarked hull design improves glide!

Our fishing fleet includes the full lineup from Vibe: Cubera 120, Shearwater 125 & Yellowfin tandem fishing kayaks – all fully-outfitted with rod holders, bungee straps, paddle seating and dry wells.
